El representante Hernando José Padaui ha presentado ante la Cámara de Representantes el proyecto de ley denominado ‘Ley Anti Ibuprofeno’, el cual obligaría a que las instituciones médicas suministren medicamentos originales a sus pacientes y no los genéricos. Este proyecto ha sido controvertido por la industria farmacéutica, pues compromete miles de millones de pesos de esta industria.
