Bruce Kilpatrick brings a 25-year track record of advising clients on intricate merger control, antitrust enforcement, foreign direct investment cases, and defending high-stakes antitrust damages litigation. His expertise also extends to director disqualification proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Kilpatrick is widely recognized as a top practitioner in the legal market, earning accolades in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame and Who’s Who Legal Thought Leader.
