Agin, who previously served as a partner at the firm’s Washington, DC office from 1997 to 2018, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating the complexities of antitrust and competition law.

Spanning over two decades, Agin’s career has seen her handling antitrust matters across diverse sectors including retail, energy, and healthcare. Her portfolio encompasses a wide array of issues ranging from contracting practices and distribution restrictions to joint ventures and pricing strategies. Additionally, she has been instrumental in delivering compliance training and spearheading the development of antitrust compliance programs for clients on a global scale.
