Barak Orbach is the Robert H. Mundheim Professor of Law & Business at the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, where he also serves as the founding director of the Business Law Program. He is a Special Advisor to Arizona International, the University of Arizona’s global affairs division, and a member of the University’s Campus Safety Commission.
