Smart payments and integrated commerce solutions company i2c announced news of the addition of a new member to its team this week.
Payment industry veteran Jean Douchey from First Data joins i2c as its senior vice president of operations. In this role, Douchey will report directly to CEO Amir Wain and be in charge of managing a variety of operational aspects of the company, including overall global operations and customer service.
Jean Douchey has more than 25 years of experience in executive roles (including as VP of Global Service Delivery at First Data) leading client services, portfolio conversions and more.
With this strategic hire, i2c is hoping to further scale out its integrated commerce solutions services.
i2c’s CEO, Amir Wain, commented on Douchey’s hiring: “i2c’s business continues to grow, and we are scaling our operations as part of our long-term strategy and commitment to our customers to deliver outstanding products and services.
