Global payment technology company Payscout has become a preferred payments partner of Collection Works Software Solutions, a supplier of technology and services to the collections, debit and credit management marketplace.
With this enhanced partnership, Collection Works users will have a direct integration to Payscout’s Paywire platform, which is a prominent accounts receivable management (ARM)-centric gateway, according to a Tuesday (Sept. 27) press release.
“We at Collection Works believe this partnership with Payscout enhances our ability to expand and extend our software platform offerings to our current customers, future customers and assist in our efforts to continue providing a high-quality software platform,” Collection Works CEO Merwyn Landry Sr. said in the release.
The Paywire platform provides payment solutions for credit, debit, automated clearinghouse (ACH) and health savings accounts (HSA), and does so in an environment that’s compliant with payment card industry (PCI) and HIPPA security standards, and includes capabilities for monitoring and reporting, according to the press release.
Beyond that, Collection Works users can now deploy Payscout’s convenience fee solution called 360° Fee-Free Payments, the release stated.
