Anna Busse brings a breadth of experience in legal research and litigation to the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. She has conducted extensive research on emerging issues in federal law, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence and antitrust, and has also addressed state financial regulatory board adjudicative powers. Anna has contributed to high-profile cases, drafting post-trial motions in breach of contract and private nuisance disputes, and working on a motion for summary judgment before the 7th Circuit.
