Helder Vasconcelos is a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in Lisbon and Madrid. He is also a Full Professor of Economics at University of Porto. Helder served as Executive Member of the Board of ANACOM, the Portuguese Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Postal Services (2012-2017). In addition, he also worked as consultant to the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Competition Authority (2007-2011).
