Global Partners convenience store brand Alltown Fresh has launched a customer-focused mobile app in collaboration with Paytronix, a digital guest experience platform, according to a Tuesday (Aug. 31) press release.
Alltown Fresh Vice President of Marketing Joanna Linder said in the release that the new app will enable customers to have a contactless way to place and pay for custom orders for sandwiches, smoothies and other food items while also gassing up their cars.
The convenience store brand offers a handcrafted kitchen and market that feature “made-to-order meals and thoughtfully curated, locally sourced goods,” the release stated.
“Plus, guests earn points with every food and fuel purchase through our new Fresh with Benefits loyalty program,” Linder said in the release.

Like many retailers, Alltown Fresh discovered that mobile and digital orders became a mainstay during the pandemic. They now account for a central part of overall sales, according to the release.
Paytronix is headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts, and offers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer experience management (CXM) solutions for restaurants and convenience stores, the release stated. It currently integrates with more than 30 point-of-sale (POS) networks and works with over 500 brands across 30,000 locations.
Alltown Fresh is located across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York and has plans to expand. It is part of Global Partners, which with over 1,500 locations in the U.S. and Canada, is among the Northeast’s biggest gas station and convenience store owners.
