In this latest edition of PYMNTS’ Provider Ranking of Telemedicine Apps, there’s information about solutions that may provide the communications cure you’re looking for.
Among the highlights in this month’s list are the leader and runner-up that have held their positions since last time, a mover and shaker that has leapt two levels in the ranking and some close matches in which the competitors are separated by only one point.
The Top 5
Topping the list as it did last month is MyTeleMed, with a score of 93.
Also keeping its place as runner-up is Teladoc, six points behind with a score of 87.
There’s a change in the No. 3 spot as BetterHelp has landed here after leaping two positions in the ranking. It’s also added six points to its score — which now stands at 79 — making this app one of this month’s movers and shakers.
Just one point behind that is Maple — 24/7 Online Doctors. This app has advanced one position since last month with a score of 78.
In the No. 5 position, there’s Doctor On Demand. With a score of 75, which is five points lower than last time, this app has slipped two positions in the ranking.
The Top 10
After a 12-point gap in the field, there’s the sixth-place competitor. K Health holds this position as it did last month with a score of 63, which is six points lower than last time.
Just one point behind that is MDLIVE, holding the No. 7 spot. This app has stepped up one level in the ranking with a score of 62.
Next up is Vsee Clinic For Patient. With a score of 58, which is 10 points lower than last time, this app has moved down one step and now holds the No. 8 spot.
At No. 9, there’s LiveHealth Online Mobile. This app has climbed one level in the ranking since last month with a score of 57.
One point behind that is InTouch Patient. With a score of 56, which is six points lower than last time, this app has dipped one level and is now ranked tenth — closing out this month’s installment of the Provider Ranking of Telemedicine Apps.
