International business-to-business (B2B) payments firm MSTS has changed its brand identity and name to TreviPay. The new branding shows the firm’s position as “the preferred B2B payment provider for leading Fortune 500 companies and small- to mid-sized businesses,” according to a Thursday (March 11) announcement.
TreviPay CEO Brandon Spear said in the announcement that the company has supported national and international companies for a long time throughout sectors such as retail and manufacturing “as the only business-to-business solution designed for suppliers and merchants.”
Spear said in the announcement that, “as TreviPay, we optimally position our innovative technology and services to support our clients in the rapid transformation of digital commerce.”
The migration to TreviPay develops upon MSTS’ history of helping customers expand by simplifying corporate payments via the joining of service knowledge, modern technology and working capital to bolster their client’s experience and unlock funding for expansion, according to the announcement.
TreviPay handles the hurdles of merchants and vendors with credit decisioning and onboarding, creating an invoice that a purchaser can simply consume and pay, and related accounts receivable workflows spanning between “dunning to collections,” according to the announcement.
TreviPay provides value to clients through a variety of ways. For instance, the company offers 30-second credit decisioning and an omnichannel approach. Moreover, a customer success manager and workforce can work with customers to contend with credit issues, TreviPay also provides invoicing and bill payment in addition to smooth purchasing and pricing approvals, according to the announcement.
In October, TreviPay, then known as MSTS, launched its InvoiceMe extension for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) online commerce system BigCommerce. Merchants can make the InvoiceMe payment option available at checkout with the extension. As a result, corporate buyers can transact via invoice.
“InvoiceMe further simplifies the purchasing process by providing B2B-specific checkout APIs, incorporating purchase orders and invoice notes,” Spear said in the announcement about InvoiceMe. “This cohesive customer experience is why many enterprises are taking advantage of the plug-in on BigCommerce’s platform.”
