Golf Genius and RepSpark have completed a six-month integration of Golf Genius Golf Shop and the RepSpark B2B wholesale commerce platform, the firms announced in a Thursday (July 7) press release.
The move will allow golf shop retailers to save time, improve member service, minimize errors, and streamline the ordering process, per the announcement.
The integration includes more than 40 golf brands and manufacturers including Straight Down, New Balance & Callaway Golf Footwear, Southern Tide, johnnie-O, Holderness & Bourne, Greyson, Summit Brands and other non-golf brands, the press release said.
Golf Genius Golf Shop is a cloud-hosted workflow management solution that helps golf professionals streamline golf shop operations and improve member communication by automating and enhancing a range of processes, including special orders, stock orders, demo club tracking, club repair management and staff scheduling.
“Through our close collaboration with RepSpark, we’ve jointly streamlined the entire order workflow including wholesale order placement, member communication, delivery tracking, and vendor invoice management across 40+ golf brands,” Golf Genius Co-CEO Chris Kallmeyer said in the release.
“This unified and simplified workflow, which saves time and delivers a superior member experience, is the first of its kind in the world of golf shops,” he said. “As an added benefit, golf shop retailers will have the opportunity to explore the wide variety of brands available in RepSpark and introduce these brands to their community.”
RepSpark is used by golf professionals and manufacturer representatives to place and fulfill wholesale orders with participating manufacturers.
“In the golf community, relationships between manufacturers and golf shop retailers are paramount,” RepSpark President Meghann Butcher said in the joint press release. “Golf Genius has been a great partner, and we are looking forward to future projects that will benefit our customers.”
