2022 Global Digital Shopping Index: UAE Edition

UAE Merchants Adapt Shopping Experiences to Consumer Mobile Preferences  Smartphones and shopping go hand in hand, literally, in the UAE, where nearly two-thirds of consumers used them during their last retail purchase. Drawing on 2,015 consumer responses and 500 merchant interviews, "The 2022 Global Digital Shopping Index: UAE Edition" a Cybersource collaboration, also found the mobile features that resonated with shoppers in one of the largest Middle East economies.
