New PYMNTS Data Show Sharp Regional Variations In Disposable Income
Nearly 60% of consumers in the South Central part of the U.S. live paycheck to paycheck, new data show, while just under half of people living in the Mountain states were facing the same month-to-month budgetary constraints. Those and other findings from analysis of the spending, savings and cash flow data from 7,100 consumers can be found in the August edition of Reality Check: The Paycheck-To-Paycheck Report, a PYMNTS and LendingClub collaboration.
